Rose Sympathy Card

Hello Everyone. I am here with the sympathy card that I made for my son-in laws father.   My son-in-laws dear mother passed away Thursday and I have been struggling with making cards for him and his father. It took me days of looking for sentiments and just what to say but, I finally got them made and in the mail today. I used the same sentiments on both cards (I loved the sentiment) but enclosed hand written notes to each of them. Sharon was such a sweet, kind and beautiful woman and I will miss her. She and Daryl's dad have been married for 56 years so it is going to be very hard on him.

I think this turned out so soft and pretty. I also did some embossing on it.

This is the inside of my card.

Thank you for stopping by and have a nice evening.

Sympathy Card

Hello everyone, I hope you all are having a nice day. I hear thunder so I believe it is going to rain. This is the card that I made for my son-in-law.

I designed the card in my Silhouette and did some embossing. I think it turned out beautiful.

This the inside of my card. I am pleased with the card and hope it gives some comfort to my son-in-law.

Thank you for stopping by and have a nice evening.

Lavender Sympathy Card

Hello everyone, I hope your day was good. It rained on and off here, Actually it is raining now.        I needed to make a sympathy card for a friend that just lost her mother-in-law.  This is the card that I came up with.

I used a white card base and embossed a light lavender layer. I love the pretty flowers and butterfly. I added tiny iridescent beads to the centers of the flowers. I also heat embossed the sentiments with gold embossing powder.      I am happy with how it turned out and hope she will like it.

Thank you for stopping by and have a nice evening!

Happy Fall Y'all Acorn Card

Hello everyone, I hope you all are having a nice day!   I've been kinda busy today. I decorated some for Fall in the house and straightened up in the guest room. I was running out of storage on my phone so my hubby transfered all of my photos to my computer.        I've been cleaning out my closet and I took all the really good Winter clothes and shoes to a consignment shop I have used before (I made about 500.00 to 600.00 before) and I donated some. I've been losing weight on WW and so much is way to big now. I was so happy when my Oncologist gave me the okay to go back on WW. I was on it before and did great!
I wanted to share a cute little Fall card I made.
I just had to use this adorable little acorn from the Silhouette Store! I inked around the edges, on the leaves and gave him some cheeks. I used my white pen to highlight his eyes and cheeks. A little twine bow and he's all ready for Fall!
I used dies and stamps from Aliexpress To do the sentiment circle. I heat embossed the sentiment with a copper embossing powder.
I used a cute oak leaves and acorns embossing folder to emboss the background.
I really like how it turned out and I have more to share with you so be on the lookout!
Thank you so much for stopping by and have a wonderful evening!
