Handmade Decorative Gourd Bowl
This is a decorative gourd bowl I made for my Dad. He asked me if I would make him one to set in his room. It is the first gourd bowl I have ever made. I painted a stripe around the center of it and used raffia and copper wire woven around the top. As I was weaving I added green beads and I used some of the seeds from the inside of the gourd. He really likes the bowl and I had fun creating it.
