My sweet physical therapist contacted me and wanted to know if I had any sympathy cards. Her uncle passed away and she wanted a card with a cardinal on it to send her aunt. This is the card I made for her using a Silhouette file.
I did not use the background with the cut out holes for snowflakes because they were too uniform. I had this beautiful blue paper with shiny embossed snowflake dots which looked much better.

Beautiful winter scene card, Pam. How sweet of you to make it for your therapist. I do love the snow dots in the background. Hope all those tests come back with good news. I'll definitely be praying for that outcome. Saw my eye doctor last week. My cataract surgery of almost 2 years ago has grown a membrane over and I had laser surgery on my right eye on Wednesday. Will have the same surgery on my right eye this Wednesday. And the week after I see a specialist about retinal damage and macular degeneration. Slowly loosing my eye sight and it's hard to think about what happens next. Stay safe and warm.
