What's Up Penguin Card


Silhouette files #34774, I can't remember the balloon file #, there are so many.
I cut the snowbank freehand.
MFP What's up stamp.
Clear thinking of you stamp.
Black ink pad.
Clear glitter jell pin for along the snowbank top.
White, medium blue, black, gold, yellow, red, dark blue cardstock.
