Watercolor Watermelon Thank You Card

Hello everyone! Another HOT day here, whew, when its this hot I love watermelon! Sweet, juicy, cold watermelon. Well, I made a card today with a watermelon on it. I got out my watercolors (I have some that are pearlized so that's what I used) and painted a juicy watermelon slice. I love playing with watercolors ans I really like how it turned out!
 Doesn't this look tasty!
I love how the pearlized watercolors look!
It looks nice and frosty cold. I used this great embossing folder too.
Here is a close up of my watercolor watermelon slice. I decided to use tiny pearls for the seeds.
Here is the inside of my card.      Thanks for stopping by and stay cool! Don't you want a nice cold slice of watermelon?

  2. Your watermelon looks delicious, Pam! I'm not a huge fan of them, usually 1 piece in a summer will do me until the next one. Love the "seeds" and your gingham ribbon - thanks for playing with us at the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday challenge!

  3. Wow, the watermelon looks amazing, Pam!! I'm not a big fan of watermelon, but you've made me want to eat some after seeing this!! You did a fabulous job!! Have a great weekend!! Big hugs :)
