Our Visit

Here are some photos of my gorgeous granddaughter, they were taken at Stone Mountain Georgia.I have to say, she is one happy baby!!! She smiles ALL THE TIME!!! I gave her LOTS of hugs and kisses! My youngest daughter and family were here visiting with us last week. It was so good to see them, I miss them so much! We had so much fun! We went and picked blueberries, went to a baseball game, went to watch fireworks and got to hear Marty Stewart and the Fabulous Superlatives, went to the Moses Cone House on the Blue Ridge Parkway then to a park for a picnic under massive trees by a creek and then to Linville Falls. They got to visit some collage friends. We ate a lot of goodies, I made a pound cake from a recipe I have had for about 45 years, made a blueberry buckle, blueberry pancakes and homemade blueberry syrup, a low country boil with shrimp, crab, smoked sausage, corn on the cob and potatoes. We had Mahi-Mahi one evening, cooked out hamburgers, I made spaghetti, garlic bread and salad well you get the picture.

Isn't she gorgeous!!! I miss her soooooo much, I miss them all!
Hugs Pam

  2. She is a beauty Pam! And it sounds like you have been very busy. Family is just so important and when you get the chance to see them be with them as much as you can. I've been to Stone Mountain. It's very pretty there. These pictures you will cherish. Last night was the reveal party for the twins. Baby A is Arthur Alexander and Baby B is Valerie Renee. A girl and boy. And we've been told that they don;t have the medical problems that little Alex had last year. So we are hopeful that they will be healthy and happy. I just bought yarn to get started on a baby blanket. WooHoo so much to do in 14 weeks! Have a wonderful week!
